LENE+ empowers youngsters to turn ideas into practical projects, building skills and confidence for work or further education.
LENE+ (Learning Environments for NEET Entrepreneurship) is an Erasmus+ project that empowers young people not in education, employment, or training (NEETs) through hands-on entrepreneurial activities. By developing soft skills like self-awareness, problem-solving and teamwork, participants learn to transform ideas into practical projects, preparing them for work or further education.
About LENE+
Six European partners, from northern, southern, eastern and western Europe will combine their experience to develop a concept that empowers youth with essential soft skills through Learning Environments.
The focus will be on entrepreneurship, but we believe this empowerment will also help the target group reintegrate into work, school, and society as a whole.
The results of the project will be shared with associated countries and made available on the website, ensuring all countries and partner networks can access them.
The project runs for 36 months and ends on the 31st of May 2022. In this time we will achieve;
- compilation of good practices and methods
- categorisation of good practices and transformation into learning environments
- critical testing and discussions of learning environments, in close cooperation with entrepreneurs
- pilot run of learning environments with the target group directly in cooperation with entrepreneurs/ employers
- method catalogue
- film dokumentation of learning environments; short version method catalogue in the shape of youtube tutorials
- film clip as PR tool for method catalogue and youtube tutorials
