The LENE+ Model

The try to visualise what is learnt how and where in entrepreneurial non-formal learning environments. Visualisation of essencial parameters enable supervisors the deliberate replication and individualisation of learning in real life situations and environments. Can we thereby trigger entrepreneurial motivation and relevant soft skills in the young adults?

LENE+ Entrepreneurs and Supervisors' view on non-formal learning environments, soft skills and needs of the young adult target group.
