The LENE+ Report

A summary of the project content and results;

-LENE Good practice situations that help empowering NEETs personal development and entrepreneurial mindset through non-formal learning environments, methods and didactics.

-LENE Model; Important parameters of a successful non-formal learning environement and how supervisors with this know how can better plan and individualise non-formal learning in an entrepreneurial context and mindset.

The LENE+ Model

The try to visualise what is learnt how and where in entrepreneurial non-formal learning environments. Visualisation of essencial parameters enable supervisors the deliberate replication and individualisation of learning in real life situations and environments. Can we thereby trigger entrepreneurial motivation and relevant soft skills in the young adults?

LENE+ Entrepreneurs and Supervisors' view on non-formal learning environments, soft skills and needs of the young adult target group. LENE Entrepreneurs share their experience with the target group, important parameters for non-formal learning, soft skills, role of supervisor, methods and didactics.

LENE+ Young Adults on entrepreneurship, soft skills and non-formal learning environments. What do youngsters themselves think about non-formal learning environments during mobilities and how they use soft skills on their entrepreneurial journey, what obstacles they see and experience and how to deal with them.
